Silent Light is now on DVD

I don't think a trailer can do it justice, but you should all rent Silent Light, one of the best films of 2008 (or 2007, when it premiered at the Cannes Film Festival). It's really, truly bizarre and interesting and beautiful. I don't want to give away anything about the plot, but I will say that it deals with morality, religion, love and all the other things in life that we can't explain. Like, in a trailer, for instance.

I guess it's misleading to call the film bizarre, it's not really. It's about normal people. And I meant it as a compliment, either way.  It's on DVD now. Here's the trailer:
